I’ve been dancing professionally for over 30 years. Partnering extensively, for most of them. I’m no stranger to energy, the exchange and presence of bodies, weight, power, emotions, effort, harmony… also the flip side with pushing too hard, slippery boundaries, dimming my own emotions for the sake of being a “good” student/girl.
It feels in full and natural alignment with my own, ‘fierce embodiment’. To continue touching peoples lives, from a new angle. A new stage and wider lens; with new dance moves and capacities. Allowing the necessary space, in my own body, to accompany those newly on their journey of excavation, those needing support with specific situations or places in the body.

When we have emotional pain, trauma, anger, to name a few, we tend to build stories and, attach ourselves around those wounded parts, which has kept us “safe”. Then, our history of said experiences keep us wrapping and contracted, around those events and affect our responses; we get triggered and don’t know why; they can cause physical pain, and dis-ease in the body.
Our body is our most untapped resource for change there is!
We get to transform any and all untended to swarms, of comparison, judgement, denial. They ALL can come into completion; alchemizing in the container of our vessel creating more spaciousness, clarity, energy!

Until hands were offered to my body, in a safe, non-threatening way, by a spiritual psychologist of learning somatic practices. I couldn’t be touched without alarms sounding every red flag she knew, in her bones & left unattended over decades. Born healthy. Loved. Supportive family and friends. When things happen and we don’t know who to turn to… who then moves through to soothe with illumination?
This is why Hands-On body work collides so vibrantly with me. My rich knowledge of movement, body qualities, creating, guiding, inspiring actions of whole bodied inhales…
It can be scary, trying new things, diving into hidden and new places within. Your journey is yours, and entirely up to you, always.
